Live painting & dance collaboration at Blue Lab. Hiroshima 2018

Theme: Destruction and Regeneration

Description:

Basing on the Atomic-bomb event in Hiroshima, we tried to express the strength and vitality of human, and the regeneration from the destruction. The ash（destructed state) turns into a colored person (regenerated state). The ash is made of paper cranes, and it is painted on the cloth of dancer to pray for peace. (Daishoo-in temple in Miyajima specially permitted us to use the ash of paper crane for the performance.)

テーマ：破壊と再生

広島の原爆の出来事を題材にして、破壊された環境から立ち上がり、再生していく人間の強さや生命力を表現した。灰(破壊された状態)から色彩を帯びた人間（再生して命を得た状態）へと変化する。灰は折り鶴から出来ており、それをダンサーの衣装に塗りつけた。そこに平和への祈りを込めた。(折り鶴の灰は、宮島の大聖院様より特別に許可を頂き使用した。)
